I can help you to make the changes necessary to live in a healthful manner
- if you are willing to do the work! Research shows that the most effective way for you to make change is from within
your usual habits and behaviors. We call this behavior modification! My sessions are individualized and not
generic. I offer in-person sessions by appointment and will now be offering web-based counseling as well.
